About Ed Roos

Prior to starting his consulting business, Mr. Roos was the principal of an award-winning school that was one of the highest performing schools in the district. He also taught for eleven years. As a teacher, he raised test scores at a title one school by 30% in one year. In addition, 100% of his 4th grade students passed the state writing assessment.

Ed is an academic leader with the ability to lead students, teachers, administrators towards common goals. Passionate about student success, learning, and the power of education. Coaching Teachers

7+ years of proven experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding classroom teachers. Personally coached 50+ teachers throughout career. Utilized an observational leadership/coaching approach that identified areas of growth and then worked collaboratively with the instructor to come up with a plan. Believes in working together to develop solutions and then hold teachers accountable for their success while encouraging them to challenge themselves.
