With over 20 years of proven expertise leading a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. certificated employees, teachers, staff, paraeducators, families, students), I am an expert in setting up elementary school Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). This approach incorporates my proficiency in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), coaching staff and sets up programs that support student learning and growth.

I'm a life-long teacher. Whether it’s in the classroom or playing in the street with the neighborhood kids, I’m always teaching. I love kids and love to pass on any knowledge or skill I may have.
